No primary or ancillary structures are allowed within a drainage or utility easement (lots 80, 81, 95 and 96) The modifications will provide conformity with longstanding as -built conditions and will make this neighborhood parcel consistent with the character of the PCD and other zero lot line neighborhoods in Ballenlsles.
