Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Wednesday, March
8, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall Lobby Conference
Room to review the following development application at 2:00PM on Thursday, March
23,2017.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER MISC-17-02-000133
A petition from FLF Lilac, LLC requesting to construct residential entry signs, and
minor site and landscape modifications. Golfer's Village is generally located on the
north side of Lilac Street, 0.10 miles east of North Military Trail.
