An applicant -initiated request to amend Section 78-159, Table 21: Permitted, Conditional,
and Prohibited Uses; and Section 78-221, PGA Boulevard Corridor Overlay to revise the
list of permitted, conditional and prohibited uses within the PGA Boulevard Corridor
Overlay; and Section 78-345, Table 33: Required Off -Street Parking to add a Specialty Pet
Boarding use; and Section 78-751, Definitions to define Specialty Pet Boarding.

h.) Sound proofing, additnal setbacks, landscaping and any applicable design
consideration to minimize noise, odor and visual impacts on adjacent
properties and/or tenants shall be considered as a part of the conditional
