I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Vice Chair Rosenkranz.

Vice Chair Howard Rosenkranz, Carl Sabatello, Meriel (Honey) Bryan, Robert Savel, Michael
Pancz.ak, L. Marc Cohn, C. Steve Lewis (sitting in for Chair Randolph Hansen)
Members Absent: Chair Randolph Hansen.
Also Present: Assistant City Attorney, Abigail Jorandby; Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie
Crowley.

Reported at the March 2, 2017 City Council meeting, the City Council approved the EAR based
amendment, Trevi Isles Land Use Amendment and Rezoning, Land Development Regulations
Amendment, Gardens Corporate Center Planned Unit Development, Ballenlsles Community
Association PCD Amendment, Frenchman's Reserve PCD Amendment, and the Frenchman's
Reserve Site Plan Amendment. Reported the City Council denied the Art In Public Places for
Gardens Corporate Center.

1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) -QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING
SPLN-16-04-000023: Alton PCD (Parcels D,E & F) Site Plan Approval
A request by KH Alton, LLC for Site Plan approval to allow the development of 316 single-
family dwelling units and 199 townhome units in the 94.50-acre Neighborhood District Parcels
D, E, and F within the 681-acre Alton Planned Community Development (PCD), which is
generally located south of Donald Ross Road, north of Hood Road, west of Interstate 95, and
east of the Florida Turnpike
Vice Chair Rosenkranz opened the public hearing.
Petitioner: Donaldson Hearing Cotleur and Hearing.
Staff Presentation: Senior Planner, Erin Kelley.
Public comment: None.
Vice Chair Rosenkranz closed the public hearing.
Board Member Panczak made a motion to recommend to City Council SPLN-16-04-000023.
Board Member Savel seconded.
Motion passed 6-1.

18 Amendment regarding Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
19 Amending the City's Land Development Regulations regarding Chapter 78 of the City's Code of
20 Ordinances in order to provide for the inclusion of Crime Prevention Through Environmental
21 Design (CPTED) principles in development review, and defining CPTED principles
22 Vice Chair Rosenkranz opened the public hearing.
