Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) MISC-17-02-000133: LILAC VILLAGE SIGNAGE, SITE AND LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT A petition by FLF Lilac, LLC requesting approval of two residential entry signs, and site and landscape improvements.
