7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.

16 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 28, 2016 Meeting.
17 Vice Chair Beran made a motion to approve the July 28, 2016 minutes.
18 Board Member Cohn seconded.
19 Motion passed 4-0.

24 1. Finalize Budget Oversight Committee Report to City Council.
25 Finance Administrator Staff Liaison, Allan Owens
26 Budget Oversight Committee provided specific items outline in their report that would be
27 presented to City Council at the September 8, 2016 City Council meeting. Discussion ensued.
