WAIVERS
Min.size –smaller boundary has been designed to exclude impacts to existing ballfields and park operations;no
guywires/support wires necessary
Tower setback from tower boundary lines -structural engineering of monopole eliminates need for larger setbacks,no guy
wires/support wires are necessary
Separation –site location is critical to maintain signal strength and connectivity with the countywide public safety radio system
Height –180 feet is necessary for City-wide coverage

•Screening/buffering –existing and enhanced landscaping will screen the use from adjacent property
•Utilities –site has been designed to comply with the required setbacks from residential lots
•Dimensional standards –consistent with standards,based on the requested waivers
•Compatibility –The use is compatible with adjacent uses;co-located in park similar to Lilac Park
•Purpose &Intent –Improved public safety communications for City
•Adverse impacts –location has been chosen to eliminate any adverse impacts to existing ballfields and
park operations and to meet/exceed the residential lot setback
