Please provide your comments on the subject Major Conditional Use and LDR Amendment
petition no later than Thursday, July 13, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to my
attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the Applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code. Should
you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete
application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held at the City Hall Lobby Conference
Room to review the following development application at a to be determined time.

A request for a LDR amendment to amend the City’s Zoning Code to add a new use “Electric
Vehicle Showroom” to the permitted use chart as a Major Conditional Use and to allow
electric vehicle charging stations in the Gardens Mall parking lot.
