5 Orientation for Board Members was conducted by Assistant City Attorney Abigail
6 Jorandby.
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.

18 Board Member Bulitt made a motion to approve the June 21, 2016 minutes.
19 Board Member Cassanetti seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to approve the October 18, 2016 minutes.
22 Board Member Bulitt seconded.
23 Motion passed 5-0.

29 Reported there is $297,012.00 in the Art in Public Places Fund; Announced the Compassionate
30 Friends Memorial Gardens was featured in Signature City Magazine.

38 Board Member Cassanetti made a motion to recommend to City Council MISC-16-08-000128.
39 Board Member Mauser seconded.

44 Chair Millar inquired about the City's Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and the build out
45 date for Alton. Discussion ensued.
