Please provide your comments on the subject Major Conditional Use and LDR Amendment
petition no later than Monday, August 14, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to
my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the Applicant
in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code. Should
you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete
application are available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held at the City Hall Lobby
Conference Room to review the following development application on August 25th, 2017
at 3:00 PM.

A request for a miscellaneous amendment to amend a condition of approval in Resolution
18, 2017 relating to the timing of construction of a perimeter buffer wall and to revise the
perimeter buffer cross-sections for the Alton Artistry (fka Parcel G) neighborhood.
