7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser .

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter, David Middleton
11 ABSENT: Vice Chair Dennis Beran
12 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
13 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle.

16 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 27, 2017 Meeting.
17 Board Member Comiter made a motion to approve the July 27, 2017 meeting minutes.
18 Board Member Schulte seconded.
19 Motion passed 4-0.

21 1. DISCUSS BUDGET OVERSIGHT REVIEW BOARD REPORT TO COUNCIL
22 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a presentation on budget items contained in the
23 Board report to City Council. Discussion ensued.
