7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. by Vice Chair Beran.

18 Board Member made a motion to approve the June 22, 2017 meeting minutes.

25 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent
26 Sales Surtax. Discussion ensued.
