6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen.

10 Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Howard Rosenkranz, Carl Sabatello (arrived at 6:02 p.m.),
11 Robert Savel, Michael Panc.zak, L. Marc Cohn, C. Steve Lewis.
12 Members Absent: None.
13 Also Present: Assistant City Attorney, Abigail Joranby; Director of Planning and Zoning, Natalie
14 Crowley.

20 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
21 Board Member Savel made a motion to approve the June 13, 2017 meeting minutes.
22 Vice Chair Rosenkranz seconded.
23 Motion passed 7-0.
24 VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS
25 1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing-Non Quasi-Judicial)-LDRA-17-01-
26 000061: LDR Amendment for Operation of Mobile Food Trucks -City initiated request to
27 amend Chapter 78 of the City's Code of Ordinances to provide regulations pertaining to the
28 operation and sale of food from Mobile Food Trucks within the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
29 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing.
30 Petitioner: None.
31 Staff Presentation: Administrative Services Manager, Allyson Black.
32 Public comment: None.
33 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing.
34 Board Member Panczak made a motion to recommend to City Council LDRA-17-01-000061.
35 Vice Chair Rosenkranz seconded.
36 Motion passed 7-0.
37 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
38 None.
39 IX. NEW BUSINESS
40 Fire Marshall David DeRita announced the passing of Fire Rescue Lieutenant Gary Bussey and
41 provided the date and time of the memorial service. Board Member Panczak offered his
42 condolences to Fire Marshall DeRita and Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue.
