26, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established
in the City’s Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a
memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.

PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: SPLN-17-09-000026
A petition from Avenir Holdings, LLC requesting a site plan for 479 single family
homes. Avenir PCD is generally located on the north side of Northlake Boulevard,
east of Grapeview Boulevard, west of Bayhill Drive, and south of Beeline Highway.
