8 PRESENT: Brian Seymour, Craig Allgood, Ian Helsby, Stephen Mathison.
9 ABSENT: Meg Shannon.
10 ALSO PRESENT: Facilitator Dr. Robert E. Lee
11 III. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
12 Chair Seymour asked members to consider rescheduling the meeting on September 14, 2017 to
13 the following week due to Hurricane Irma.
14 IV. APPROVE MINUTES FROM AUGUST 29, 2017 CHARTER REVIEW
15 COMMITTEE MEETING
16 Board Member Helsby made a motion to approve the August 29, 2017 meeting minutes.
17 Board Member Allgood seconded.
18 Motion passed 4-0.
19 V. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
20 None.
21 VI. REVIEW CURRENT CHARTER
22 Board members reviewed sections of the City Charter and discussed recommendations to City
23 Council.
24 VII. SET UPCOMING MEETING DATES AND TIMES
25 The board rescheduled the September 14. 2017 meeting to September 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
26 VIII. COMMITTEE COMMENTS/QUESTIONS
27 None.
28 IX. ADJOURNMENT
29 Chair Seymour adjourned the meeting at 6:16 p.m.
