12 Chair Seymour asked Committee Member Steve Mathison to introduce himself to the
13 committee members.
14 IV. APPROVE MINUTES FROM AUGUST 18, 2017 CHARTER REVIEW
15 COMMITTEE MEETING
16 Vice Chair Shannon made a motion to approve the August 18, 2017 meeting minutes.
17 Board Member Helsby seconded.
18 Motion passed 5-0.
19 V. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

23 Board members reviewed sections of the City Charter and discussed recommendations to City
24 Council.

26 The board unanimously selected September 6, 2017 and September 14, 2017 for the next
27 committee meeting dates.
