Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Tuesday, November
7, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established
in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a
memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.

PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: PUDA-1'7-06-00006
A petition from PGA Commons 3, LLC requesting an amendment to the PGA
Commons Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow a metal louvered awning over
the outdoor seating space for The Cooper Restaurant. The PUD is generally
located on the south side of PGA Boulevard, one-half mile west of Military Trail.
