6 The regular meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.

9 PRESENT: Allan Owens, Mary Anderson-Pickle. Dindial Laljie
10 ABSENT: None.
11 ALSO PRESENT: Paul Shamoun, Florida League of Cities, Inc.
12 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
13 Finance Administrator Allan Owens requested to add Actuarial Valuation as of October 1,
14 2015, GASB 67/68 Supplement as of September 30, 2016 and Disclosures required pursuant to
15 Chapter 2013-100 Florida Statutes to the agenda.
16 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to add Actuarial Valuation as of
17 October l , 2015, GASB 67/68 Supplement as of September 30, 2016 and Disclosures required
18 pursuant to Chapter 2013-100 Florida Statutes to the agenda.
19 Dindial Laljie seconded.
20 Motion passed 3-0.
21 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES the minutes from the April 11 , 2016 meeting.
22 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to approve the April 11 , 2016
23 Minutes.

29 A. Review Investment Performance by Florida League of Cities
30 Paul Shamoun provided staff with a brief review of the actuarial valuation. Discussion ensued.
31 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to accept the October 1, 2016
32 Actuarial Valuation Report.
33 Dindial Laljie seconded.
34 Motion passed 3-0 .
35 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to accept the long term investment
36 rate of7.25.
37 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to accept the GASB 67/68 Valuation
38 as of September 30, 2016.
39 Dindial Laliie seconded.
40 Motion passed 3-0.
41 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to accept the Disclosures required
42 under Chapter 2013-100.
43 Dindial Laliie seconded.
44 Motion passed 3-0.
