6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:56 p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.

10 PRESENT: Chair Charles Millar, Vice Chair Robert Koo, Marci Bulitt (arrived at 5:55 p.m.),

12 ABSENT: Ilene Gerber, Amy Mauser, Sarah McCarthy.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Principal Planner, Staff Liaison, Dawn Sonneborn.

16 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
17 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to approve the January 17, 2017 meeting minutes.
18 Board Member Cassanetti seconded.
19 Motion passed 4-0.
20 VI. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
21 Principal Planner, Staff Liaison Dawn Sonneborn
22 Reported there is $383,179.00 in the Art in Public Places Fund.

26 LA POSADA SENIOR LIVING FACILITY -AIPP-17-06-000041
27 Petitioner: Dodi Glas Gentile Glas Holloway O'Mahoney & Associates, Inc.
28 Staff Presentation: Principal Planner, Dawn Sonneborn
29 Public Comment: None.
30 Board Member Cassanetti made a motion to recommend AIPP-17-06-000041 to City Council.
31 Vice Chair Koo seconded.
