Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Wednesday,
December 6, 2017. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time
so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes
established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate
so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning &
Zoning Department.

PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: CUMJ-17-o9-000049
A petition from Palm Beach County for a Major Conditional Use for Public Park use
within the Loxahatchee Slough County Managed Natural Area. Public facilities
(parking lot, concrete walkways, fishing pier, ADA -compliant observation
platform, and 33' elevated observation platform) are proposed to allow easier
public access to the natural areas. The public use facilities will be located on the
north side of the Beeline Highway, approximately one -mile north of PGA
Boulevard.
