MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD
SEPTEMBER 8, 2017
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 9:11AM in the Council
Chambers, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Those persons present were:

9/30/2017 AUDIT ENGAGEMENT LETTER
The Board reviewed the September 30, 2017 audit engagement letter from KTSD. The
fee this year increased by $365. The Trustees stated that they are happy with the current
services and do not see a reason to change.
A motion was made by Ed Morejon to approve the September 30, 2017 KTSD audit
engagement letter as presented. The motion was seconded by Martin Cohen and
carried 3-0.
