6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Vice Chair Denni s Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter,
11 David Middleton
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Accounting and Finance Reporting Director Sean O'Brien,, Community Services
15 Administrator/Director of Emergency Management David Reyes , City Engineer, Todd Engle,
16 Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown.
17 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
18 Finance Administrator Allan Owens requested that the Election of Officers be added to the
19 Agenda.
20 Board Member Middleton made a motion to add E lection of Officers to the agenda.
21 Board Member Comiter seconded.
22 Motion passed 5-0.
23 V. ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
24 1. Election of Chair
25 Board Member Middleton nominated Mark Feldmesser for Chair.
26 Board Member Schulte seconded.
27 Nomination passed 5-0.
28 2. Election of Vice Chair
29 Board Member Middleton nominated Dennis Beran for Vice-Chair.
30 Board Member Schulte seconded.
31 Nomination passed 5-0.
32 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the August 24, 2017 Meeting.
33 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the August 24, 2017 meeting minutes.
34 Board Member Schulte seconded.
35 Motion passed 5-0.
36 VII. REGULAR AGENDA
37 1. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX REVIEW
38 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens
39 Provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax. Discussion ensued.
40 VIII. OLD BUSINESS

42 IX. NEW BUSINESS
43 Finance Administrator Allan Owens inquired about the next board meeting date. Discussion
44 ensued. The board selected January 25, 2018 as the next meeting date.

Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Vice Chair Beran seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.
Chair Feldmesser adjourned the meeting at 9 :41 a .m.
The next meeting will be held January 25 , 2018.
