6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.

19 Board Member Cassnetti nominated Charles Millar for Chair.
20 Vice Chair Koo seconded.
21 Nomination passed 7-0.
22 B. Appointment of Vice Chair
23 Board Member Bullitt nominated Robert Koo for Vice Chair.
24 Chair Millar seconded.
25 Nomination passed 7-0.
26 VI. BOARD ORIENTATION
27 Orientation for Board Members was conducted by Assistant City Attorney Abigail Jorandby.

30 VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the July 18, 2017 meeting.
31 Board Member Cassanetti made a motion to approve the July 18, 2017 Minutes.
32 Vice Chair Koo seconded.
33 Motion passed 7-0.
34 IX.ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
35 Senior Planner, Staff Liaison Dawn Sonneborn
36 Reported there is $473,792.00 in the Art Impact Fund.
