6 The special meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Mayor Marino.
7 I. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
8 II. ROLL CALL
9 PRESENT: Mayor Marino, Vice Mayor Marciano, Councilmember Woods, Councilmember
10 Lane.
11 ABSENT: Councilmember Litt.
12 III. ITEMS FOR COUNCIL ACTION DISCUSSION
13 A. CASE NO. 50-2018-CA-001408-CAXX-MB -DISCUSSION TO APPEAL.
14 City Attorney R. Max Lohman provided an explanation of the trial court decision and
15 recommended the City Council do not appeal the decision. Discussion ensued.
16 Councilmember Woods made a motion to not appeal the trial court decision and to authorize
17 the City Attorney to cross appeal if the petitioner should appeal the trial court decision.
18 Vice Mayor Marciano seconded.
19 Motion passed 3-1
20 Councilmember Lane opposed .
