Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Thursday, April 26,
2018. Your comments must be sent to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be provided to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.

PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: PUDA-18-04-000071
A petition from Pulte Home Company, LLC requesting modifications to the
approved site plan for 97 single family homes, as well as to the landscape plan,
certain conditions of approval, and recreational facility architecture. Ancient Tree
PUD is located northwest of the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Golf
Course Road.
