6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Bonvento.

10 PRESENT: Chair Bruce Bonvento, Vice Chair Valerie Fennon, Maryanne Hedrick, Kelly

17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the October 23, 2017 meeting.
18 Vice Chair Fennon made a motion to approve the October 23, 2017 Minutes.
19 Board Member Hedrick seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.

22 Sports Director, Staff Liaison Daniel Prieto
23 A. Winter/Spring Events
24 Sports Director Daniel Prieto gave a presentation for the upcoming Recreation Department Fall
25 and Winter events. Discussion ensued.

27 A. Sandhill Crane Golf Club Update
28 Proiects Director Charlotte Presensky gave a presentation status on the golf course clubhouse
29 construction. Discussion ensued.
30 B. Gardens Tennis Clubhouse
31 Recreation Director Laura Schuppert provided a brief update and presentation on the Gardens
32 Tennis Clubhouse. Discussion ensued.
33 C. Gardens County North District Park
34 Sports Director Daniel Prieto provided a brief update on the status of leasing the District Park
35 from Palm Beach County. Discussion ensued.

37 A. Annual Field Closure Schedule
38 Sports Director Daniel Prieto gave a presentation status on the annual field closure schedule.

40 D. Pickleball Athletic Club Partnership
41 Sports Director Daniel Prieto gave a presentation on the Pickleball Athletic Club Partnership.

Board Member Roe seconded.
Motion passed 6-0.
Chair Bonvento adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
