6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter,
11 David Middleton
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator Mary Anderson-Pickle, Accountant Arienne Panczak, City Attorney R. Max
15 Lohman. Community Services Administrator/Director of Emergency Management David Reyes,
16 City Engineer, Todd Engle, Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown.
17 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
18 None.
19 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the October 26, 2017 Meeting.
20 Board Member Comiter made a motion to approve the October 26, 2017 meeting minutes.
21 Board Member Schulte seconded.
22 Motion passed 5-0.
23 VI. BOARD ORIENTATION
24 Orientation regarding the Budget Oversight Review Board responsibilities and duties was
25 conducted by City Attorney R. Max Lohman.
26 VII. REGULAR AGENDA
27 1. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX REVIEW -AUDIO AND STAFF REPORTS
28 Accountant Arienne Panczak and Deputy Community Administrator Angela Brown
29 Provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax. Discussion ensued.
30 VIII. OLD BUSINESS

34 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

36 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
37 Finance Administrator Allan Owens inquired about the next board meeting date. Discussion
3 8 ensued. The board selected April 19, 2018 as the next meeting date.
39 XII. ADJOURNMENT
40 Chair Feldmesser made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
41 Board Member Middleton seconded.
42 Motion passed 5-0.
43 Chair Feldmesser adjourned the meeting at 9:43 a.m.

45 The next meeting will be held April 19, 2018.
