Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Monday, June 11,
2018. Your comments must be sent to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be provided to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.

A petition from PGA Commons 2, LLC and PGA Commons 3, LLC requesting
modifications to the approved site plan for PGA Commons PUD to allow for a new
outdoor bar within the existing outdoor seating area for Spoto's restaurant. PGA
Commons PUD is located south of PGA Boulevard, East and West of Hickory Drive,
0.50 miles west ofN. Military Trail.
