6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen.

19 Reported at the May 3, 2018 City Council meeting, the City Council approved the Frenchman's
20 Reserve Flagpole Installation.

22 Board Member Josephs made a motion to approve the April 10, 2018 meeting minutes.
23 Vice Chair Panczak seconded.
24 Chair Hansen asked for any ex -parte.

28 1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) - ANNX-18-04-000013: Voluntary
29 annexation for approximately 14.15 acres located at 1156 Richard Road - A request from
30 Seacoast Utility Authority for the approval of a voluntary annexation petition for a parcel of real
31 property comprising 14.15 acres, more or less, generally located on the west side of Park Lane
32 approximately 0.2 miles west of the intersection of Alternate AIA and Richard Road

44 designation of a 142.84 -acre parcel from Palm Beach County Residential Low, 1 dwelling unit/acre
45 (PBC RL) to Palm Beach Gardens Residential Low (PBG RL), Palm Beach Gardens Conservation
46 (PBG CONS), and Palm Beach Gardens Public (PBG P) for recently annexed property. The

15 Carleton Oaks Community requesting to Rezone a 142.84 -acre parcel from Palm Beach County
16 Residential PUD to a Palm Beach Gardens Planned Unit Development (PBG PUD) overlay with
17 underlying zoning designations of Residential Low (PBG RL -3), Conservation (PBG CONS), and
18 Public and Institutional (PBG P/I) for recently annexed property. The property is located on the
19 northeast corner of Northlake Boulevard and Memorial Park Road, approximately three miles west
20 of Beeline Highway

Palm Beach Gardens Residential Low (PBG RL) for recently annexed property. The property is
located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Memorial Park
Road, approximately three miles west of Beeline Highway.

Institutional and Public Facilities (PBC IPF) to a Palm Beach Gardens Residential Low (PBG RL -3)
for recently annexed property. The property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of
Northlake Boulevard and Memorial Park Road, approximately three miles west of Beeline
Highway.
