6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter,
11 David Middleton
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator Mary Anderson-Pickle, Community Services Administrator/Director of
15 Emergency Management David Reyes, City Engineer, Todd Engle, Deputy Community Services
16 Administrator, Angela Brown.
17 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS

19 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the January 25, 2018 Meeting.
20 Board Member Schulte made a motion to approve the January 25, 2018 meeting minutes.
21 Board Member Comiter seconded.
22 Motion passed 5-0.
23 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
24 1. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX REVIEW -AUDIO AND STAFF REPORTS
25 Accountant Arienne Panczak and Deputy Community Administrator Angela Brown
26 Provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax. Discussion ensued.
27 2. STATUS OF THE FY2019 BUDGET PREPARATION
28 Deputy Finance Administrator Mary Anderson-Pickle provided a brief presentation on the
29 status of the FY2019 Budget Preparation. Discussion ensued.

34 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

36 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
37 Chair Feldmesser inquired about the Ordinances regarding the City Charter in the Palm Beach
38 Post. Discussion ensued. Board Member Shulte inquired about the legal fees Sears has been
39 awarded as a result of the trial court's decision being overturned. Discussion ensued.
40 XII.ADJOURNMENT
41 Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
42 Board Member Comiter seconded.
43 Motion passed 5-0.
44 Chair Feldmesser adjourned the meeting at 9:02 a.m.
