7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 am. by Chair Feldmesser.

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Vice-Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter,
11 David Middleton
12 ABSENT: Mark Schulte.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator Mary Anderson-Pickle, Community Services Administrator/Director of
15 Emergency Management David Reyes, City Engineer, Todd Engle, Deputy Community Services
16 Administrator, Angela Brown, Accountant II, Arienne Panczak.

19 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the April 19, 2018 Meeting.
20 Board Member Comiter made a motion to approve the April 19, 2018 meeting minutes.
21 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
22 Motion passed 4-0.
23 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
24 1. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX REVIEW
25 City Engineer, Todd Engle and Finance Administrator, Allan Owens
26 Provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax Discussion ensued.
27 2. STATUS OF THE FY2019 BUDGET PREPARATION
28 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a brief presentation on the status of the FY2019
29 Budget Preparation and the FY2017 Audit Report. Discussion ensued.
