7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.

13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle.

17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the June 28, 2018 Meeting.
18 Board Member Co miter made a motion to approve the June 28, 2018 meeting minutes.
19 Vice Chair Beam seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.

22 1. DISCUSSION OF THE FY2019 BUDGET
23 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens provided a presentation for the FY2019 Budget.
