7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m. by Chair Feldmesser.

10 PRESENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser, Vice-Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter,

12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS

17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 24, 2018 Meeting.
18 Board Member Schulte made a motion to approve the July 24, 2018 meeting minutes.
19 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 VI. REGULARAGENDA
22 1. DISCUSS BUDGET OVERSIGHT REVIEW BOARD REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL.
23 Board Members answered questions items outline in their draft report that will be presented to
24 City Council at the September 6, 2018 City Council meeting. Discussion ensued.
