6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.

10 PRESENT: Chair Charles Millar, Vice Chair Robert Koo, Marci Bulitt, Ilene Gerber, Amy

13 ALSO PRESENT: Senior Planner, Staff Liaison, Dawn Sonneborn.

16 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the October 24, 2017 meeting.
17 Board Member Gerber made a motion to approve the October 24, 2017 Minutes.
18 Vice Chair Koo seconded.
19 Motion passed 7-0.
20 VI. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
21 Senior Planner, Staff Liaison Dawn Sonneborn
22 Reported there is $428,816.00 in the Art Impact Fund.
23 VII. OLD BUSINESS

25 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
26 A. NUVO BUSINESS CENTER AT THE GARDENS — AIPP-17-09-000044
27 Petitioner: Michael Sanchez, Managed Land Entitlements.
28 Staff Presentation: None. Staff recommends approval of AIPP-17-09-00044.
29 Public Comment: Peter Gavai, 5057 Paprika Lane, Palm Beach Gardens,
30 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to recommend AIPP-17-09-000044 to City Council.
31 Board Member Gerber seconded.
32 Motion passed 7-0.
33 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC
34 Councilmember Matthew Lane 106 San Vincente Place, Palm Beach Gardens.
35 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
36 Vice Chair Koo inquired about the Art In Public Places submittal requirements for developers.
37 Discussion ensued.
38 XII. SELECT NEXT QUARTERLY MEETING DATE
39 The Board unanimously selected May 15, 2018.
