This matter came before the Hearing Officer on March 23, 2009, and it was ordered
and adjudged that the Parking Violation issued on December 25, 2008, be UPHELD.
However, after further consideration, this Hearing Officer VACATES the Order entered
on March 23, 2009, and hereby CANCELS the Parking Violation.
