The permitted uses for this site shall be those permitted in the General Commercial (CG -1) zoning district except for dental and medical offices. Upon approval of the development order, the applicant shall secure a "Seacoast Utility Authority Capacity Allocation Commitment for Public Water and /or Sewer Service," which shall be verified by the delivery of a fully executed copy of the document to the Planning & Zoning Division within 30 days of granting of the development order.
