MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday,, March ti, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications: PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: #CUMN- 07-12- 000003 - Northlake Boulevard Shell gas station requesting minor conditional use approval for a convenience store and a co- location of a fast -food restaurant. A request by Dodi Buckmaster -Glas of Gentile, Holloway, & O'Mahoney & Associates, agent for the applicant, for approval of a minor conditional use to allow for a convenience store and fast food restaurant with drive thru. The subject site is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Military Trail. The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible.
