Purpose of the Meeting A request from Progressive Development Group, Inc., agent, on behalf of ExxonMobil for approval of a minor site plan amendment and minor conditional use to allow the demolition of an existing Mobil service station and re- development for a 3,300 square - foot convenience store with canopy for six (6) fuel dispensers on a 1.11 -acre site. The project is located at the southeast corner of PGA Boulevard and Fairway Drive within the PGA National Planned Community Development (PCD). Comments were offered as follows: • Jackie Holloman, Planner, memorandum March 27, 2008, with comments from the following departments: City Engineer, City Forester, Fire Rescue, Building Department, Planning and Zoning. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by this date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
