Max Lohman, Interim City Attorney Purpose of the Meeting A request from Ms. Anne booth of Urban Design Studio for approval of a major conditions use to allow a modification to the site plan for the 40,150 square -foot expansion of an existing institutional use known as the Seacoast Utility Authority located at the southwest comer of the intersection of Hood Road and Alternate AIA. The property possesses a Public {P} Future Land Use classification and a Public/Institutional Zoning district designation which allows for an institutional use to be permitted as a major conditional use.
