24 with underlying Research and Light Industrial Park. (Ml) zoning district. The 1.25 -acre site
25 is located 0.5 miles east of Military Trail on the south side of Bums Road adjacent to the
26 west side of I -95.

SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting Scheduled for
Thursday, November 20, 2008, at 11:00 a.m.
Petition PPUD- 08 -10- 000021 & PLAT- 08 -10- 000024: A request by Brian
Cheguis of Cotleur & Hearing, for approval of a Planned Unit
Development (PUD) for a +I- 1.25 -acre property located approximately 0.5
miles east of Military Trail on the south side of Burns Road adjacent to the
west side of 1 -95.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition to Richard Marrero, Senior
Planner, Growth Management Department, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November
18, 2008. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes
established in the City's Land Development Code_ Should you have no comments and
recommend approval of the request please indicate so next to your name. Additional copies
of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2008,
at 11:00 a.m. in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following
request to allow a minor conditional use:
Petition PPUD -08 -10- 000021 & PLAT- 08 -10- 000024 — A request by Brian Cheguis, on
behalf of Florida Dog Day Care, Inc., for rezoning from Research and Light Industrial
Park (Ml) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay with underlying Research and
Light industrial Park (M1) zoning district. The 1.25 -acre site is located 0.5 miles east of

other pertinent information being conveyed to the applicant.
