Purpose of the Meeting
Briger Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Application: A request from Mr. Kenneth
Tuma of Urban Design Kilday Studios, on behalf of the property owners, for approval of a
nixed use development planned for 681 acres of land located within the City of Palm Beach
Gardens corporate limits. The proposed planned community will be focused on the
biotechnology and bioscience research industries. The project proposes 1.6 million square
feet of biotech research and development space for the second phase of the Scripps Florida
campus along with residential and commercial uses on site. The subject site is located south
of Donald Ross Road and is divided into two parcels by Interstate 95.
Discussion ensued regarding specific points. Applicant will review comments.
The meeting adjourned at 2:55 p.m.
