City of Palm Beach Gardens application for a site plan amendment to permit the construction of

A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., in the City
Council Chambers to review the following development application:
Petition #SPLA- 09 -04- 000014 — City Hall Municipal Complex: A request from Dan Reidy, Operations
Director, for approval of a site plan amendment to permit the construction of the City of Palm Beach Gardens'
Emergency Operation and Communications Center located at 10500 N. Military Trail.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting for questions and clarifications.
