Military Trail, Suite 106 Petition #CUMN- 09 -03- 000011 MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, May 15, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application: Petition #CUMN- 09 -03- 000011 — Limited Pharmacy: A request from Anthony R. Carilli for approval of a minor conditional use to permit a limited pharmacy in the Gardens Professional Center located at 9121 N. Military Trail, Suite 106. The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that this will be the approving Development Review Committee meeting to approve or deny the above petition, with or without conditions.
