6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:41 a.m. by Vice Chair Beran.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Andrew Comiter, David Middleton.
11 ABSENT: Chair Mark Feldmesser.
12 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
13 Administrator, Mary Anderson -Pickle, Deputy Community Services Administrator Angela
14 Brown.
15 IV. ELECTION OF CHAIR:
16 Vice Chair Dennis Beran made a motion to defer the Election of Chair until a full board is
17 present.
18 Board Member Middleton seconded.
19 Motion passed 4-0.
20 V. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR
21 Vice Chair Dennis Beran made a motion to defer the Election of Vice Chair until a full board is
22 present.
23 Board Member Middleton seconded.
24 Motion passed 4-0.
25 VI. BOARD ORIENTATION
26 Finance Administrator Allan Owens informed the City Attorney is not present for orientation
27 due to a scheduling conflict, and he will conduct orientation at the next meeting.
28 VII. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
29 None.
30 VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the August 23, 2018 Meeting and August 30, 2018
31 meetings.
32 Board Member Comiter made a motion to approve the August 23, 2018 meeting minutes.
33 Board Member Schulte seconded.
34 Motion passed 4-0.
35 Board Member Comiter made a motion to approve the August 30, 2018 meeting minutes.
36 Board Member Schulte seconded.
37 Motion passed 4-0.
38 IX. REGULAR AGENDA
39 A. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX UPDATE
40 Deputy Community Services Administrator Angela Brown.
41 Deputy Community Services Administrator Angela Brown provided an update on the
42 expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax and the status of City construction projects.
43 Discussion ensued.

46 XI. NEW BUSINESS
47 Board Member David Middleton inquired about how often the Board should meet. Discussion
