DESCRIPTION: Redevelopment of the PGA Marina to remove the existing boat
storage building, proposed enclosure of the maintenance operations, relocation
and consolidation of the boat sales operation, construction of new boat storage
racks and showroom space, removal and replacement of existing marina ships
store and dock masters marina operations, construction of commercial
marina/retail space to accommodate boat sale operations, removal and
construction of the marine industry related office space and replacement of
existing landscape screening and buffers.
