23 Announced there are flyers for the Florida Department of Transportation Beeline Highway
24 workshop on the table by Council Chambers entrance; There is a banner and cards in the main
25 lobby from Bay County and City of Callaway employees thanking City staff for providing
26 resources and aid after Hurricane Michael; Introduced Leisure Services Administrator Charlotte
27 Presensky who provided presentations and videos on the new tennis program that serves
28 individuals with disabilities and the Palm Beach County Miracle League Exhibition Game that
29 was held at Gardens Park.

1 Councilmember Marciano inquired about a plan to address workforce housing in the City.
2 Discussion ensued. Mayor Marino expressed her concerns about policing traffic on Northlake
3 Boulevard and have a traffic light installed. Discussion ensued.
4 XII. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
5 Reported the 4th District Court of Appeals ruled in the favor of the City in the Dinerstein vs. City
6 of Palm Beach Gardens regarding the challenge to Ordinance 28, 2018 for the 3 year sit out that
7 was on the ballot in the March 2018 election. Reported that a Motion for Summary Judgement
8 Hearing for the Dinerstein vs. City of Palm Beach Gardens case regarding the November
9 election is scheduled for February 11, 2019.
