19 Mayor Marino provided comments on the Florida Department of Transportation Workshop for
20 the Northlake Boulevard/Beeline Highway on February 28, 2019.
21 XII. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
22 Reported in Dinerstein vs. City of Palm Beach Gardens regarding Ballot Question #3 for the
23 March 2018 election, the 4th District Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the City; In Dinerstein vs.
24 City of Palm Beach Gardens regarding Ballot Question #2 for the August 2018 election, the
25 judge granted the City's Motion for Summary Judgement; In the case of Sears, Roebuck and Co.
26 vs. City of Palm Beach Gardens case, the judge found the Sears motion for legal fees to be
27 legally insufficient and ordered Sears to refile by April 1st •
