6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:33p.m. by Chair Charles Millar.
7 I. CALL TO ORDER
8 IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ADMINISTER THE OATH OF OFFICE
10 Assistant to the City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Gail Coppage and Taylor Ewer.
11 IV. ROLL CALL
12 PRESENT: Chair Charles Millar, Vice Chair Robert Koo, Ilene Gerber, Amy Mauser (arrived
13 at 5:43 p.m.), Zaven Kazandjian, Gail Coppage (sitting for Marci Bullitt), Taylor Ewer (sitting in
14 for Vincent Cassanetti).
15 ABSENT: Marci Bulitt, Vincent Cassanetti.
16 ALSO PRESENT: Senior Planner, Staff Liaison, Dawn Sonneborn.
17 V. BOARD APPOINTMENTS
18 Board Member Gerber made a motion to defer the Election of Chair and Vice Chair until all
19 regular members are present.
20 Board Member Coppage seconded.
21 Motion passed 7-0.
22 VI. BOARD ORIENTATION
23 Orientation for Board Members was conducted by Assistant City Attorney Abigail Jorandby.
24 VII. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
25 None.
26 VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the February 20, 2018 meeting.
27 Vice Chair Koo made a motion to approve the February 20, 2018 Minutes.
28 Board Member Gerber seconded.

30 IX. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
31 Senior Planner, Staff Liaison Dawn Sonneborn
32 Provided an update on the art that has been installed since the last Art in Public Places Meeting.
33 Reported there is $773,925.00 in the Art Impact Fund.

38 Petitioner: Nader Salour, Cypress Realty of Fla, LLC.
39 Staff Presentation: None. Staff recommends approval of AIPP48-08-000047.
40 Public Comment: None.
41 Board Member Mauser made a motion to recommend AIPP-18-08-000047 to City Council.

44 B. ALTON TOWN CENTER — AIPP47-09-000045
45 Petitioner: Nick Mihelich, Urban Design Kilday Studios.
46 Staff Presentation: Senior Planner, Dawn Sonneborn.
47 Public Comment: None.
48 Board Member Koo made a motion to recommend AIPP-17-09-000045 to City Council.

6 Board Member Kazandiian inquired about modification to the Contiguous Currents art work on
7 the west side of City Hall and the entrance sign on the southeast corner of PGA Blvd and the
8 Florida Turnpike. Discussion ensued.
9 XIV. SELECT NEXT QUARTERLY MEETING DATE
10 The Board unanimously selected January 15, 2019.
