7 The regular meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens.

12 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS

14 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES the minutes from February 23, 2018 meeting.
15 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion to approve the February 23, 2018
16 minutes.
17 Dindial Laliie seconded.
18 Motion passed 3-0.
19 VI. OLD BUSINESS

21 VII. NEW BUSINESS
22 REVIEW AND DISCUSS ACTUARIAL VALUATION AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2017
23 City Manager Designee Anderson-Pickle made a motion was to accept the revised actuarial
24 report which calculated the FY 2018/2019 minimum required contribution.
25 Dindial Laliie seconded.
26 Motion passed 3-0.
