7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m. by Chair Comiter.

11 David Middleton.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens ; Ass istant Finance
14 Admini strator , Mary Anderson-Pickle, Accountant II, Arienn e Panczak, Deputy Community
15 Services Administrator Angela Brown, City Engineer Todd Eng le.

19 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to appro ve the January 24, 20 19 mee ting minutes.

22 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
23 A. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX UPDATE -AUDIO AND STAFF REPO RTS
24 City Engineer, Todd Engle and Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela
25 Brown.
26 City Engineer, Todd Engle and Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown
27 provided an update on the ex penditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax and the status of City
28 construction projects. Discussion ensued .
29 VII. O L D B US INESS
30 Finance Administrator Allan Owens pro vided a status on the 201 9-20 20 bud get
31 preparations. Discussion ensued.
32 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
33 Finance Administrator Allan Owens informed the Board in order to complete the
34 Comprehensive Annual Finance Report (CAFR), the Fire Pension Audit is required . The City
35 received the audit yesterday from the Pension Administrator. A copy of the CAFR will be
36 pro vi ded to City Counc il and Board Members.
37 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

39 X. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
40 Chair Comiter inquired about the next meeting date. Discuss ion ensued.

42 Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
43 Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
44 Motion passed 5-0.
45 Chair Comiter adjourned the mee ting at 8:51 a.m.
